Cream-Cheesecake

Ingredients 

6 eggs
200g sugar​
1 pinch of salt
180g flour ​
50g starch​
1 teaspoon Baking powder
50 ml oil

Ingredients 

600g whipped cream
750 g quark
2 packs of gelatine or other alternatives (agar-agar, cream stand or cheese cream aid)
150g sugar
2 packs of vanilla sugar
Zest of an organic lemon
1 small can of tart peaches or 1 – 2 fresh peaches
1 small bowl of blueberries
Mix eggs, sugar and salt until very creamy. The best way to do this is with a food processor
Mix the flour, starch and baking powder and sift over the mixture
Mix carefully together with the oil
Pour the dough into a 26mm springform pan and bake at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes
Allow the baked cake to cool on a cake rack
