4 grain confectionery

Ingredients

60g Lievito Madre and 3g yeast or 10g yeast
20 g each of pumpkin seeds, linseed, sunflower, sesame
350 g spelled flour type 630
300g yogurt
60g water
20g oil
10g salt
Aside from that:
Seeds to sprinkle
Fat for the baking pan

that’s how it works
Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and knead the dough for 5 minutes
Grease the muffin, mini cake or brownie mold and distribute the sticky dough into the troughs.
Spray the dough a little with water and spread the seeds on it
Cover the pan and place in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes and in the meantime preheat the oven to 210 degrees O/U.
