PERFECTLY JUICY CHOCOLATE AND CHERRY CAKE

Ingredients

DOUGH
– 280 g of flour
– 200 g of powdered sugar
– 160 g of cocoa
– 125 g of butter
– 160 ml of yogurt
– 80 ml of milk
– 2 eggs
– 2 teaspoons of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda

 

PHIL
– 2 jars of cherry compote
– 2 vanilla puddings
– 6 spoons of sugar
– 100 ml of water
DRESSING
– 300 g of cooking chocolate
– 300 ml of cooking cream
Way of preparation
Beat room temperature butter until creamy, then add sugar.
Beat with sugar and add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix the smooth dough and place it in a greased and floured pan.
Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Let it cool and then cut.
