Apple eggnog cake, simple and very tasty!

Ingredients

4 apples
4 egg(s)
180 g sugar
180 g butter, at room temperature
180 g flour 1
pack of baking powder
1 pinch(s) of salt
50 g desiccated coconut
1 lemon(s), the juice thereof
5 tbsp eggnog
50 g almond(s), donated

preparation

Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat.

Peel and core the apples and then cut them into small pieces. Everyone the way they like it. To prevent the apple pieces from browning, drizzle with lemon juice.

Place the room temperature butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk well. Add eggs one at a time and mix well again until the dough has a uniform consistency. Mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and fold in portions. Depending on your taste, add 3-5 tablespoons of eggnog. Mix everything well and pour the dough into a prepared 26 springform pan.
