Multivitamin cake recipe: light tasting cake

Ingredients:

For the ground:
1 sponge cake base
For the topping: (fruit layer)
500 ml multivitamin juice
2 packs of cake icing, white
2 tbsp sugar
1 gram can of peach(s), diced or fresh diced peaches

For the topping: (cream layer)
2 cups of cream, 200 g each
2 packs of vanilla sugar
2 packs of cream stiffener

For the topping: (yoghurt layer)
250 ml multivitamin juice
1 pack of cream powder (Aranca: apricot-passion fruit)
150 g natural yogurt

For decoration:
Chocolate chips or letters

Preparation:

Place the cake base on a cake plate and surround it with a cake ring.
Bring 500 ml of juice to the boil with the cake icing and sugar. Mix in the fruit, add to the base, smooth out and let cool.
Beat the cream with the sugar and the cream stiffener until stiff, pour it onto the fruit and smooth it out.
Prepare the Aranca cream with the juice according to the package instructions, fold in the yoghurt and pour it onto the cream, smooth it out.
