RECIPE FOR THE PERFECT TIRAMISA

This Italian dessert does not require a lot of effort, just a little patience while it cools in the fridge!

Ingredients:

– black coffee (espresso)
– 3 egg yolks
– 5 spoons of sugar
– 500 g of mascarpone cheese
– 1 package of biscuits
– cocoa for sprinkling
If you have a larger tray and make tiramisu on “two floors”, you will need a double dose of the mentioned ingredients.

Preparation:

Mix egg yolks with sugar into a foamy mixture. Add the mascarpone and mix again until the whole mixture is combined. Add flavorings (vanilla, rum or amaretto). Arrange the biscuits on a tray and pour coffee over them. Distribute part of the cream correctly.
A row of biscuits previously soaked in coffee, and then another row of cream. Sprinkle everything liberally with cocoa and leave it in the fridge to set overnight. It’s not difficult, but for a good tiramisu, the most important thing is to take the time and have quality ingredients.
