Mini soft apple pies, baking is fun!

Ingredients:

350 g wheat flour
200 g sour cream
200 g soft butter. Can be replaced with margarine
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
For the filling:
5 apples
2 tbsp lemon juice
150g granulated sugar
Lemon peel, or cinnamon
Optional:
1 egg for greasing

Preparation:

First put the cream butter, vanilla sour cream and sugar in a bowl. Then beat everything until smooth with a mixer or whisk.
Then sift flour into another bowl and mix with baking powder. Add half of the flour to the sour cream mixture and stir until smooth.
Slowly pour in the remaining flour and knead the soft dough that does not stick to your hands. You should wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, you can peel the apples, cut them into four parts and cut off the core. Then grate apples on a coarse grater.

Now you need to pour lemon juice so that they do not darken. Add cinnamon or yellow lemon peel. You can also optionally add raisins and dried fruits. Apple filling for a quick bun with apples is ready.
