Strawberry slices with pudding curd cream and fruit jelly recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
2 cups milk
4 pcs eggs
1 cup sugar
2 packs of vanilla flavored pudding powder
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 jar of strawberry jam
500g strawberries
1 pack of quark
5 tbsp powdered sugar
2 packs of gelatin (powder)

Preparation:

Mix flour, 5 tablespoons milk, eggs, sugar, oil and baking powder into a dough. Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Spread the cooled dough with jam and layer the curd cream on top. For the quark cream, cook the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool slightly. Mix the pudding with the quark and season with powdered sugar.
