Puff pastry with gyro filling and feta cheese recipe

Ingredients

400 g pork schnitzel
1 tbsp oil
1 clove garlic
some gyro seasoning
½ tsp dried thyme

a bit of salt
200g feta cheese
½ vegetable onion n

2 rolls of puff pastry
some flour
1 egg he
50g feta cheese
sesame

Instructions

Cut the schnitzels into fine strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it. Finally fry the diced garlic. Season with gyros seasoning, thyme and salt.
Dice the feta cheese. Cut the onion into fine strips and mix into the meat along with the feta. Let cool down.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 squares each. Separate the egg. Brush the edges of the dough with egg white. Spread the gyros on top. Fold the dough squares together to form corners and press down slightly. Place on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper.
