Enjoy: Serve the tangerine sour cream cake as a delicious dessert or with coffee.

Ingredients :

For the dough:
200g flour
100g sugar
100g butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt

For the filling:
400g tangerines (canned or freshly peeled)
200g sour cream
100g sugar
2 eggs
1 packet vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Optional for decoration:
powdered sugar for pollination

Preparation :

Prepare the dough: Mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add the soft butter and egg and knead everything into a smooth dough. Press the dough into a greased baking pan (approx. 24-26 cm in diameter) and form an edge.

Preparing tangerines: If you are using fresh tangerines, peel them and remove the white skin. If using canned tangerines, drain them well.
