Here is my delicious no-bake raspberry cake , which caused a sensation! Wondering why it caused a sensation? Because this no-bake cake is ultra delicious!

This no-bake raspberry cake is ultra fresh and creamy! To finish a family meal, it’s the perfect dessert.

Look at this marvel! This cake is simply divine. The base of this cake is made up of biscuits topped with a creamy mascarpone and yogurt cream. All topped off with a layer of raspberry marmalade

And the best part? No need to spend hours cooking or waiting in front of the oven! This no-bake cake is ready in no time. Plus, it doesnโ€™t require any cooking. Just let it sit in the fridge overnight. The next day you get an incredibly refreshing dessert, perfect for hot summer days or to end a meal on a refreshing note

 

Yogurt whipped cream

400 g of mascarpone
1 Greek yogurt
600 ml of whole liquid cream
1 tsp liquid vanilla
160 g sweetened condensed milk

Raspberry marmalade

2 raspberry punnets
50 g of sugar
juice of a lemon

Biscuit base

2 packets of Petit Beurre
1 Bowl of milk

Mounted cream decoration

200 ml of whole liquid cream
100 g of mascarpone
2 tbsp of icing sugar
