We had this cake for Thanksgiving dinner. Not a typical dessert for this occasion but that’s all what I could make as we didn’t have anything else and everybody loved it!
Ingredients

1 1/4 cup caster sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 natural or greek yogurt

1 cup fresh orange juice

Zest of two oranges

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups plain flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda (can be replaced with baking powder)
