To prepare it at home, simply bring the cream with milk and sugar to a boil in a saucepan with high sides and then, away from the heat, add the gelatin sheets , soaked and well squeezed, then leave the mixture to harden in the fridge in glass jars for at least 3 hours.
In the meantime, heat the peaches, partly pureed and partly diced, with the granulated sugar and lemon juice on the stove and, once ready, garnish the panna cotta with the prepared fruit compote: the result will be a fragrant and sumptuous , to be enjoyed by the whole family. Dessert
For this recipe you can use any kind of peach: white, yellow, walnut… Alternatively, you can replace them with or crumbled dry biscuits.
Choose cereals that you drain, cut into cubes and then garnish as you like, seasoning with a little peach in syrup, the seeds of a vanilla pod, a few basil leaves or some chopped fresh mint or, to save time in preparation, you can opt for cinnamon .
For a more intense fragrance, you can season the compote with a pinch of cinnamon powder, fresh seasonal fruit , apricots or other mango.
