The mixture is then poured into the baking molds, garnished with granulated sugar and baked in the oven for about 25 minutes: you will then get super light and irresistible orange muffins without butter , to enjoy simply with a pinch of icing sugar.
The secret to a perfect result is not to process the ingredients for too long: the dough must not be too runny so that the muffins swell when baked. Remember to use eggs at room temperature and choose untreated oranges whose peel is safe to eat.
