Potatoes and eggs. Unbelievable! a delicious dinner

Ingredients:

Base:
1 kilogram of medium-sized potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
​​6 large eggs
100 grams of your favorite cheese, grated (consider a cheese that melts well)
Seasoning:
Vegetable oil for cooking
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions:

Prepare the potatoes: Start by slicing the potatoes into thin, even slices. This will ensure they cook thoroughly and evenly.
Cook the potatoes: Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the potato slices in batches and season with salt and black pepper. Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove the potatoes from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain off excess oil.
Season: Sprinkle the roasted potatoes with the garlic powder and turmeric, turning gently to ensure they are evenly coated. Turmeric not only adds vibrant color, but also a subtle earthy flavor that complements the garlic.
