UNSTUFFED CABBAGE SKILLET

This quick skillet meal contains the flavors you’ll find in stuffed cabbage but it’s so much easier to make! Ground beef (or turkey), crushed tomatoes, and cabbage simmer with lots of seasoning for a satisfying dinner!

INGREDIENTS

1 lb lean ground beef, You can sub ground turkey.
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
1 small head of cabbage, chopped or shredded
28 oz canned crushed tomatoes, Fire-roasted if available.
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
